Shipping/Handling Policy:
Purchaser agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Guilford County Superior Court, Greensboro, NC, USA and that said court shall have the exclusive right to resolve any and all claims arising under this agreement. Purchaser agrees that all rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, including performance, enforcement, and collection shall be governed in accordance with the laws and in the State of North Carolina. In the event that it becomes necessary to incur any expense for collection of sums due under this agreement, attorney's fees, court costs and any other collection expenses will be added to the balance due. All unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of one and a half (1.5) percent per month in addition to attorney's fees, court costs and other collection expenses. There will be no further notices to the above. Shipping is made by UPS. Orders freight paid by Knight Products Company shall be shipped using freight carrier of Knight Products choice. All charges will be added to the order before shipment is made. Note: UPS charges a $6.00 service charge for all COD orders per package. UPS charges an additional $5.00 handling charge for all 5/gal Pails. These are not our charges. Due to the size of some items there may also be oversize charges on some items. When shipping using the sites realtime UPS the oversize pricing can NOT be figured and will have to be adjusted manually by the merchant.

Return Policy:
Any products may be returned within 10 days from Invoice Date without a restocking charge. 11 - 30th Business days there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. No returns allowed after 30 days from receipt. Freight charges will NOT be refunded.
All floor machine and equipment sales are final and are covered by the manufacturers warranties.
